The “EDYTA LIPINSKA FUNDRAISING APPEAL” by Michelle Robinson

(I do not sell my work, so here is a chance to have me on your chest! If you would like to consider how much my art might be worth. I think the minimum pledge is definitely worth it!)

As a founding artist of The New Era Museum (http://neweramuseum.org/) and a proud member of the AMPt Community (http://amptcommunity.com/) supporting the mobile art photography movement, I don’t just share my art photography, but I participate in both communities actively as well.

Last month, I was honoured to be one of 16 finalists in the New Era Museum photo action “Void”, and even more honoured when my image “Reality Void” was voted into second place. Thank you to all who took the time to do a simple click.

In Life, we all encounter struggles and hurdles - one of the major ones being ill-health. There are times when there is little you can do. However, through the power of social networking and communities of people who share a common passion, small acts of kindness involving little effort can go a long way. For me, I think: “What if it was me?” - I would hope all of the people who “like” my images would support me too.

You may or may not have heard of Edyta Lipinska (http://edytalipinska.com/). She was the first person I followed on iPhoneArt.com - the premier gathering place of many of the top “iPhoneographers” - her work opened my eyes to the possibilties of what can be done with a mobile photograph and apps on iOS. She is also part of the stable of exclusive P1xels artists, the global salon for iPhonic art and iPhone photography (http://www.pixelsatanexhibition.com/

I recently found out that Edyta is very unwell. I think you and I know what that can mean. For some, it means taking long journeys just to see a specialist.

That is why The Hungry Ghost, together with the New Era Museum have decided that the winners of “NEM: Void” should have their artwork printed on t-shirts with proceeds going towards the “Edyta Lipinska Fundraising Appeal”. The Hungry Ghost will print the t-shirts as a limited edition run to YOUR order.

The price of one T-shirt is by way of a minimum pledge of £18 / US$28.50 / Euros 21.00 + P&P. So, the more you pay and the more T-shirts you buy, the more that will go towards the appeal. All profits from the sale of each T-shirt will be given as a gift donation to help Edyta.

I have one of the T-shirts as my prize in the challenge. It is a wonderfully soft fabric and will be great for all of you in your summer months. I intend to either purchase more or donate straight to the appeal.

Here is what you need to know to help:
